Short cut for horizontal link :

ALT + i, then just hit "r"

that opens up the INSERT menu, and the shortcut for hoRizontal rule is "r".

clear formatting : ctrl+\ or ctrl+space

Format menu : ALT+SHIFT+O  or ALT+O

ctrl+/ for to get shortcut menus.
